This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Harrison is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Harrison follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Good selection of Japanese snacks, groceries, and frozen goods. There are sweet people working there. Minus one star for the shop constantly playing AI slop music. I get itβs kind of funny having theme songs of the store without needing to pay any artist to do it but it really hurt my soul and it feels quite cringe.

One of the best spots in Harrison. The owners are extremely kind and the selection is good. The grab and go meals and made-to-order foods are super affordable and tasty.

I was craving ramen and decided to check out this cute, quaint market for the first time. I was pleasantly greeted by the staff and placed my order for a tonkotsu ramen with a taro bubble tea. While waiting for my food, I walked around the store and was pleasantly surprised by all the well stocked aisles of snacks, foods, and drinks. My food was ready and I sat in the little nook by the front door. It was almost coffee shop-esque, with the view of people walking by and listening to the anime playing by the little tv set. My ramen was freshly prepared and very tasty. The bubble tea was a satisfying treat for a post meal dessert drink. After my meal, I grabbed some snacks for home. I had a nice time coming here and look forward to coming back!
